Privacy note
What ToolDock collects, what it doesn't, and how the little it stores is used.
Browsing: no tracking
Public pages are server-rendered with no application JavaScript, no third-party cookies, no analytics or tracking scripts, and no ad or affiliate networks. You can verify this in the page source and the site's Content-Security-Policy header. Anonymous pages are cached at the edge; we do not build visitor profiles.
Forms: what we store
- Submit a tool: the listing fields you enter (name, tagline, description, URLs, pricing, category, tags) and your optional email. The email is used only to contact you about the submission and to notify you when it goes live — it is never published, sold, or used for marketing.
- Claim a listing: your work email and optional message, used only to verify domain ownership and send your private edit link.
- Suggest an edit: your report and optional email, used only if we need to follow up.
Form endpoints are rate-limited by network to prevent abuse; we do not log browsing behavior.
Infrastructure
ToolDock runs on Cloudflare Workers with a Cloudflare D1 database; requests are processed on Cloudflare's edge network (see Cloudflare's privacy policy). Tool logos are served through a same-origin proxy that fetches the image from the tool's official site.
Questions or removal requests
Want your submission, claim, or suggestion deleted, or a question answered? Use the Suggest an edit link on the tool's page — it reaches our review queue directly and every request is handled by a human. All contact routes are listed under contact & feedback.
